Hand operated fruit mill works without any electric power. Fratelli Baesso manual fruit mill is suitable for crushing fruit and berries before pressing. The fruit mill is equipped with two rollers that have grate-shaped stainless steel blades.
Manual fruit crusher is driven by rotating a large flywheel mounted on the side of the crusher. The massive flywheel gives an inertia which eases the power that is needed to operate the mill. For smooth and convenient operation, the apple mill should be placed on a stable support, for example, between two chairs or tables. Also open-top tank or bucket should be placed under the mill to collect the crushed apples.
The mill is equipped with a pair of rollers in nylon with stainless steel knives for crushing fruit. The knife blades cut the apples and the rollers grab the apples and pull them in and smash them up, yielding a pulp that can then be pressed. The apple crusher features a stainless-steel hopper. The knives are made in stainless steel AISI 304.
We advise two people to work with this crusher. One is operating the crusher by turning the flywheel and the other is inserting fruit into the funnel. It is possible to shred up to 300 kg of apples per hour by doing so.
