Semi-automatic capping machine PG2010 C for crown
caps is made of stainless steel and is mounted on rotating wheels. The capping
machine is suitable for capping class bottles with capacity of 0.33 to 2 liters
with 26 mm and 29 mm crown corks. The machine is ideal for capping cider and
beer bottles but also other beverage bottles.
The capping machine is equipped with automatic caps
distribution through the funnel where caps are turned the right way up thanks
to the vibration system. There is a transparent glass chamber around the
capping device. To ensure the safety of the operator, the machine has safety
stop which stops the work whenever the chamber door is open.
To cap the bottles, firstly place crown caps to
the machine funnel. Open the transparent chamber door and place bottle on the
bottle stand. By pushing the button, the machine lifts the bottle neck into the
capping device and attaches the cap on the bottle.
