Semi-automatic capping machine PG2010 S is made of stainless steel and is mounted on wheels. Capping machine is suitable for capping mushroom shaped champagne corks into 375 ml, 750 ml and 1,5 l class champagne and sparkling wine bottles. PG2010 S is equipped with mechanical buttons, automatic corks distribution through the funnel and pneumatic bottles lifting device. Machine has reinforced and refined steel jaws and bronze trolley which has integrated numerical control machines and working center to ensure perfect interchangeability. The capping machine has an electric panel, which is equipped with instructions and protection according to CE standards.

To cap the bottles, place mushroom shaped champagne corks into the funnel. Then place the bottles one at a time on the bottle stand and simultaneously press the buttons on both sides of the machine. The bottle is then lifted up and the bottle neck inserted into a capping device where the cap is automatically attached to the bottle.
