Semi-automatic capping machine PG2010 V for
aluminum screw (ROPP) caps is made of stainless steel and is mounted on
rotating wheels. The capping machine is suitable for capping bottles with
capacity of 0.25 to 2 liters. The machine is ideal for capping wine bottles
with screw caps. It can also be used to cap other alcoholic drinks (e.g.
liquors) and oil bottles.
The machine is controlled by push buttons for
pneumatic lifting of the bottles and closing the caps. Caps are placed on the
bottles manually by the operator. The capping machine is equipped with 4 interchangeable
rollers. The solenoid works with a starter and fuses complying with CE
standards.
To cap the bottles, place an aluminium screw
(ROPP) cap manually on the bottleneck and place the bottle into the
machine stand. By simultaneously pressing the buttons on both sides of the
machine, the bottle is lifted up and its neck is inserted into a capping device
that attaches the cap on the bottle.
It is possible to add a nitrogen injection device
to the PG2010 V model.
