Semi-automatic monoblock PG2010 S1 with corker and wire-hooder is designed for capping 375 ml, 750 ml and 1,5 l class champagne, sparkling wine or beer bottles with mushroom shaped champagne corks and fastening them with muselets (champagne wire cages). Machine has reinforced and refined steel jaws and bronze trolley which has integrated numerical control machines and working center to ensure perfect interchangeability.
To cap the bottles, place mushroom shaped champagne corks manually into the corker funnel (you can insert several corks at once). Then place bottles one at a time on the corker bottle stand and simultaneously press the buttons on both sides of the machine. The bottle is then lifted up and the bottle neck inserted into a capping device where the cap is automatically attached to the bottle.
After capping the bottle with corker move over
to the wire-hooder device and insert one muselet (wire cage) at a time into hooder mouth. Place capped bottle on the wire-hooder bottle stand and simultaneously
press the buttons on both sides of the machine. The bottle is then lifted up and
wire cage is automatically fastened around the bottle neck.
