Descending head semi-automatic capping machine is suitable for ROPP/PFP caps with or without plastic pourer. The bottle, with the cap
placed manually on the neck, is placed on the support plate. By pressing the 2
buttons at both sides of the base, the closing head descends, threading and
sealing the capsule in a few seconds. The machine is suitable for closing ROPP
caps from a minimum of 18mm diameter to
a maximum of 38 mm. The 4 rollers no-cap-no-roll closing head is completely manufactured
in stainless steel and it’s adjusted for closing 1 cap size. For each different
diameter, it is necessary to purchase a supplementary closing head. The machine
can be provided with a 230 V single phase or a 380 V three phase voltage. The
productivity, related to the operator skill can reach 500/600 bottles per hour.
The same machine can be equipped with a magnetic clutch closing head for
plastic screw caps and with a pneumatic container blocking system.
NB! The semi-automatic capping machine is with magnetic
clutch closing head for 1 size of plastic screw cap or twist-off cap. For each different
diameter, it is necessary to purchase a supplementary closing head.
