''Polver'' machines are suitable for carbonating drinks that need strong saturations with very fine sparkles. The machine is suitable for carbonating water, sparkling wine, soft drinks and cider. It is not suitable for craft beer. ''Polver'' machines guarantee low gas usage and high output. It is possible to adjust deaeration and sparkling level. The saturation achieved by the "Polver" machine produces very fine bubbles, which are consequently long lasting. The consumption of CO2 is only limited to the quantity mixed in the product (avoiding useless waste).

The saturation is obtained by a double effect pump, which sucks the product and compresses it in a chamber at a very high pressure. The product passes through an injector where the vacuum is created, so the CO2 becomes perfectly incorporated with the product. The entire mixture passes into a pre-saturation column where the air or the extraneous gas in the product are separated out.

After the pre-saturation phase, the product flows into the saturation column where it is distributed like rainfall over the cylinder surface. During the falling , the liquid comes through plastic filters which are made to divide it. When the mixing is finished, the product is deposited in a tank achieved in the same column, and it is thus ready for to be bottled.

The machine is equipped with a second pump, which sucks the product from the saturator and push it to the filling machine. The machine is also equipped with an electro-level device which controls the minimum and the maximum level, and a floater which stops the booster pump in case of empty tank. All controls are located on a panel.

The machine is made using high quality materials and AISI 304 stainless steel.

The hourly production depends on product temperature, CO2 saturation level and type of product.
