The isobaric filling machine is used for the bottling of any type of CO2 added beverage, such as sparkling wines, beer, sparkling water in glass bottles. Machine is suitable for the filling of bottles with maximum diameter of 12 cm and maximum height of 33 cm,
bottles capacity from 18cl to 1 litre. Maximum filling pressure 5 bar.
The lifting of the bottles is obtained through levers that are manually commanded. Filling valves are controlled manually by the levers. The bottle is positioned slightly inclined, the filling valve is designed with product out-feed on the rear side to reduce foaming during the filling process.
All parts of the machine that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The machine is equipped with safety guards between each bottle that are made of stainless steel. The frontal protection is made of polycarbonate to guarantee the safety of the operator.
The bottle-pedestals can be adjusted to accommodate different bottle heights by a simple motion on a toothed shaft. The operator places the bottle on the pedestal and lowers a lever to start the filling process.
