The fruit is inserted into the funnel on top of the mill, from which they move tot he shredder. The fruit is crushed by heavy rotor and then shredded through the cutting screen. The mill has exchangeable stainless steel screens for setting the grinding fineness. 9 mm cutting screen is included with the mill. Suitable for pomaceous fruit, stone fruit and berries. It is necessary to place a vessel or bucket underneath the mill for collecting shredded pulp.
The mill is also suitable for preparing the fruit to produce cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices.
