The pasteuriser consists of a water-filled vessel and a spiral heat exchanger with a lid. The raw juice is transferred from juice vessel, that is located higher, to the pasteuriser through the hose. The juice is heated by passing a heat exchanger inside the hot water. The temperature of the juice is controlled by changing the flow rate. The juice should be heated to 76-80 ° C, it is not necessary to boil the juice.
