Hydraulic basket press 60K in the set with fruit mill RM 1.5. The fruit is inserted into the funnel on top of the mill, from which they move to the shredder. The fruit is crushed by heavy rotor and then shredded through the cutting screen. The mill has exchangeable stainless steel screens for setting the grinding fineness. 8 mm cutting screen is included with the mill. Suitable for pomaceous fruit, stone fruit and berries. Milled fruit is directed straight to 60-litre basket of the press. It is necessary to place wooden discs between layers of the shredded pulp. Once the basket is filled, the basket is rotated under the press.
Voran 60K basket press with pivoting round basket and hydraulic power unit has high juice yield and productivity up to 180 kg per hour. All parts coming into contact with fruit are produced from stainless steel, wood or plastic. Basket of the press is made of hard wood, basket closures from stainless steel. Discs of the press are made of strong and moisture resistant acacia wood. Basket of the press is made of hard wood and is easily moveable to make loading and emptying of the press easy. Basket of the 60K press has powerful, easy-to-operate
eccentric basket closure made of stainless steel. Polyester filter bag that goes inside of the basket is also included with the press.
Voran 60K basket press is easy and safe to operate thanks to automatic pressure relief valve on hydraulic power unit. The 60K press has automatic 320 bar overpressure valve. Press has also maintenance-free hydraulic pump without suction valve.
