Heater for pasteurisation Speidel, 3200 W

The heater is used for pasteurising juice. Heated spiral is placed into a tank or some other vessel where you can heat the juice and then connected to regular power supply. For pasteurising the juice it is enough to heat it to 78°C. Depending on the temperature of the juice and surroundings, it will take about 2.5 hours to heat 110-litres of juice.
